We hope that you will love your Heatherbie purchase, however we also understand that you may not be completely happy and want to return or exchange your order.
If you do want to return an item, you have 14 working days from the day after you receive your order to notify us that you would like to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.

Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days using Royal Mail. We also offer click and collect from store if you are local.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.
